1961 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Touring

Busted Knuckles Auctions presents this Super Awesome 1961 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Touring that has undergone a no expense spared restoration from some of the best of the best shops around.  The build cost on this car is stated to be $250,000. This C1 is powered by a fire breathing Ls7 V8 motor pushing 510 horsepower.  This corvette is ready to win shows and ready to cruise.

The Fiberglass bodywork is finished in Fawn Beige metallic.  The build was done by Leet Custom in Hesperia, CA.  The body was taken down to the skin and we had to replace the bottom 1/3 of the car.  Ken Leet did all the body work, painting, and brightwork.  The Custom Chassis on this car came from Newman Car Creations in California. The front and rear suspension is all from a 2005 C6 Corvette and was installed new during the build.

Power to this Corvette comes from a 510 Horsepower LS7 V8.  Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec T56 6-speed manual transmission.  A host of options include a custom fabricated aluminum radiator, 4 wheel power vented and slotted brakes, custom billet wheels wrapped in performance Michelin tires, custom vintage air conditioning and power steering.

The interior in this Corvette is 100% custom including all of the upholstery and sound system and was done by Nelson Saghatian of Auto Gallery in Tarzana, CA.  The seats and panels feature alcantara pattern tan leather.  Other options include custom wrapped dash, custom Corvette steering wheel, custom fabricated center console, custom sound system and much more.  Custom Gauges line the dashboard.
